Introduction

The in-row liquid cooling distribution unit (CDU) mainly consists of a chassis, water pumps, plate heat exchangers, valves, expansion tanks, and piping. Its operating principle involves circulating coolant, heated by the heat source, through the system via pumps. The heated coolant is sent to the plate heat exchanger, where it is cooled before being returned to the heat source for continuous thermal dissipation.

To ensure system reliability, key components are designed with redundancy, enabling rapid recovery using backup components in the event of a failure. Additionally, the dual-pump design helps eliminate single points of failure, significantly enhancing the system's stability and operational continuity.
